Any book that comes with an author note or disclaimer will always make me sniff around. I love it when you warn me ahead of time what I might be getting myself into. It's more exciting than a shock collar, and man, I do love me some jolts.
We have a broken girl from a broken family. She has taken her plight, turns her life around, and uses her experiences to make the world a better place. I bet she'd scratch my behind my ear.
We have a broken guy from a broken family. He's taken his life experiences, and turned into a grade A, number one Asshole. <--- And yes, that is Asshole with a capital A! While I'd love for him to scratch my belly, he would be more likely to kick me.
But hey, people can change, right?
This is a really good read. It has blood, guts, gore, and a dark knight
to swoop in and save the day. Less I forget, that Twitch is one kinky,
twisted mofo, and the things that Lexi lets him do? Ruff, ruff. That is
some hot and steamy stuff. Made me scratch behind my ears a few times.
